Cyfrannu - sgroliwch i lawr am gyfleoedd

Mae gan nifer fawr ohonom ddiddordeb mewn iechyd meddwl am ryw reswm neu'i gilydd. I rai, mae'r diddordeb yn deillio o brofiad personol yn ystod eu bywyd. Hwyrach inni ddioddef o drallod meddwl ein hunain, neu wedi gweld rhywun yn agos atom yn dioddef. Hwyrach inni ddefnyddio gwasanaethau iechyd meddwl yn y gorffennol neu ar hyn o bryd, neu yn adnabod rhywun agos atom sy'n eu defnyddio. Mae llawer ohonom am gyfrannu a rhannu ein syniadau, sgiliau, gwybodaeth, profiad ac arbenigedd yn y gobaith y bydd pethau'n gwella.

Yma gellir dysgu am y cyfleoedd sydd ar gael ichi ddefnyddio eich profiad a mynegi eich barn. Os byddwch yn gweld cyfle sydd o ddiddordeb ichi, ond rydych yn ansicr am gyfrannu, neu os oes angen cymorth neu hyfforddiant, neu i ofyn unrhyw gwestiynau, mae croeso ichi gysylltu â ni a byddwn yn ceisio helpu. Os nad ydych yn gweld cyfle sydd o ddiddordeb ichi, ond mae gennych syniad ynghylch ffordd i gyfrannu, eto, croeso ichi gysylltu â ni.
