Powys Mental Health is a joint project between Powys Agency for Mental Health, Powys Mental Health Alliance, Powys Social Care Services and Powys Local Health Board.

The website aims to bring together information on local facilities and sources of help for people experiencing stress or facing difficulties with their mental and emotional health. It is not a comprehensive guide, but aims to be a starting point for members of the public and professionals seeking information, support or advice.

All numbers beginning with 01 and 02 are geographic codes or prefixes.  The cost of calling these numbers will depend on how far away you live from the person you are calling, the time of day you make the call and the service provider you use.

080 numbers are free

084 numbers are local rate

087 numbers are national rate

090 numbers are premium rate numbers
