POWYS COURT DIVERSION SCHEME FOR MENTALLY DISORDERED OFFENDERS

The three towns in Powys where there is a court have a designated member of the Community Mental Health Team linked to that Court.  This person attends court and supports people with a mental health problem, on remand, through the system.
