CALM (CAMPAIGN AGAINST LIVING MISERABLY)

Helpline: 0800 58 58 58 (Lines open daily 5pm-3am)

CALM's helpline is targeted at young men aged 15-35 although anyone can call.  CALM's advisors, trained in counselling, will help you talk through whatever is getting on top of you and start to get things sorted.  A free, confidential, non-judgmental service.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE INTERVENTION PROJECT

Offers a Violence Prevention Programme for men who have been violent and abusive towards a partner or ex-partner.  They also run a Women's Support Service that is automatically offered to your (ex) partner as soon as you are referred to DVIP.
