A charity which offers help and support to those who suffer from phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder, general anxiety, panic attacks, anorexia and bulimia, and those who wish to come off tranquilisers, together with help for their carers.  Also help, advice and support for the carers of those with borderline personality disorder.  Provides leaflets, relaxation tapes, telephone and self-help groups, one to one telephone befriending and newsletters.
