Help line for older people who are being ill-treated or abused or are in fear of abuse.  The definition of abuse is very wide; it includes emotional, psychological and financial abuse, and also "being taken advantage of" if an elderly peson is uncomfortable or unhappy about the way they are being treated by anyone.  Advice is also available for third parties concerned about an elderly person.

Telephone service for relatives and friends of older people trying to find and arrange residential and nursing care or who have relatives/friends in care homes.  Offers advice and information on a range of issues, including finance, finding homes and quality of care.
