WAH SUM HELPLINE

Helpline: 0845 122 8660 (weekdays 10am-8pm)

The Wah Sum helpline is the first mental health helpline dedicated to serve the UK Chinese community.  The confidential helpline is run by trained bilingual workers and volunteers.  Offers emotional support, information and advice to callers.

Jewish Care is the largest health and social care charity for the Jewish community in the UK working to help people's physical, social and emotional needs.

VIETNAMESE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES (VMHS)

VMHS provides a nationwide service for Vietnamese people and their families who experience mental health difficulties.  VMHS' aims are to increase access to adequate and appropriate health and social care for all Vietnamese people who have mental health difficulties and for their carers, and to provide a quality, culturally sensitive service to these people.

MUSLIM WOMENS HELPLINE

Aims to provide any Muslim girl or woman in a crisis with a free, confidential listening service and referral to Islamic consultants, plus practical help and information where required.
