If you want to complain about any aspect of the service you have received from any organisation you have the right to expect that your complaint will be dealt with within a reasonable period of time and that you will be notified of the outcome. It isn't always obvious how to make a complaint or who to complain to. Below are suggestions of ways forward if you are unsure.
Most voluntary organisations have their own complaints procedures and would be able to provide you with a copy or advise you to whom you should address your complaint. Citizens Advice Bureaux will also be able to advise you on making a complaint about any service (see section on MONEY for your local office. See also sections on ADVOCACY and LAW).
