| Applied Suicide Interventions Skills Training (ASIST) is a brief intervention workshop that will train you to help people at risk of suicide to stay safe and seek further help. This training is essential for all those who are likely to come into contact with people experiencing thoughts of suicide. Not only will it help to save lives, it can protect you from feeling overwhelmed and from being unsure of how to respond, keeping them safe from unnecessary stress and pressure.
