Healthy Friendships is famous for its range of services for people who experience mental health distress. We are particularly proud of “our one to one” Befriending programme that has helped hundreds upon hundreds of people over the last seven years.

We now propose to introduce a befriending programme into North and South Montgomeryshire. We aim to support older people aged 50+ who live in outlying rural areas so that they can live happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives.

To help us get it right, we want your thoughts, comments and views. Whether you would like to get involved and participate in a focus group or simply meet us for a chat and exchange of ideas, we will be delighted to hear from you.
