Conflict Resolution Session

Ponthafren Association & WEA YMCA CC Cymru are running a Conflict Resolution Session

Where:  Ponthafren's Wellness & Recovery Learning Centre, Longbridge Street, Newtown SY16 2DY

Time:  10.00 am - 3.00 pm

Includes:  Tea/coffee & biscuits

Do you always seem to be in conflict with others?  Do you feel that life never runs smooth?

When we find ourselves in conflict with others we often don't know what to do, what to say or how to behave.  These conflicts may be with partners, children, family, neighbours, friends or complete strangers. What we do or say can sometimes make the conflict worse!

We can learn how to communicate effectively and listen fully to the other person. We can then learn and use skills and techniques to manage and resolve the conflict in an effective manner.

Limited spaces available, please book early to avoid disappointment - telephone 01686 621586

A poster for the session can be found here
