Ramble with a Big Cheese
Farmers can sometimes struggle with their mental health. Here in Powys the PAVO Mental Health team is trying to find out what kind of mental health services would provide the right sort of support. We went on a Walk & Talk session this Autumn with "the big cheeses" at Powys Teaching Health Board and some key people from the farming community, including Farmers' Union of Wales and Farming Community Network, to discuss the issues.
Some interesting observations and suggestions were made.
