Target audience: staff at all grades and levels from Mental Health and Learning Disabilities services, acute sector, Local Authority and Care Homes

Aim: Providing skills on how to explore working as a team, identifying shared values and beliefs to achieve purpose and ideas. How to engage with all stakeholders to evaluate and shape practice to meet people’s needs. Using a number of approaches which include Katie Featherstone, Cardiff University, facilitating a workshop on a current research: refusal and resistance to care by people living with dementia, being cared for within acute hospital wards.
