This event will take place over four virtual rooms with a wide variety of workshops and activities: wellbeing activities, personal stories, mental health education and social activities.
Bookings are open to the public, and are aimed at anyone who would like some support with their wellbeing, would like to be inspired by someone sharing their story, or would like to learn more about aspects of mental health.
