What type of ambulance is required?

Welsh Ambulance Services Trust has produced a leaflet to clearly explain what type of vehicles they use and their different roles in responding to the varied needs of patients. This ranges from self transport and taxi all the way to emergency ambulance, and illustrates the varying circumstances in which these different types of transport would be used.

The leaflet also outlines the steps required to request the right sort of transport from the Welsh Ambulance Service.
