insport Series events from Disability Sport Wales provide inclusive sport and physical activity opportunities for disabled young people and adults across Wales. insport Series comes to Powys with inclusive sport opportunities at Maldwyn Leisure Centre, Newtown.

These sessions are also open to people experiencing struggles with their mental health.

These are excellent as taster sessions for people with all types of disabilities to try different activities. People don’t have to stay for the whole time.
