Beyond medical
Beyond medical looks at alternatives to the medical approach to improving mental health and wellbeing; changing the question that underpins mainstream mental health services from “what is wrong with you?” to “what has happened to you?”.

Five ways to wellbeing
The Five Ways to Wellbeing are a set of actions which are known to promote people’s wellbeing. Doing these simple activities every day at home or in the workplace can lead to improved mental health.

Powys Patients’ Council
The PPC is an open forum for Powys patients who are currently staying on the psychiatric ward at Bronllys Hospital to discuss their stay in hospital as well as issues that may concern them and their aftercare.
