Hearing Voices Group

Do you hear voices when there’s nobody there? Do you hear derogatory conversations when nobody is talking? Do you want to find out why?
Starting Thursday, 5th December, Brecon & District Mind will host a Hearing Voices Support Group for adults aged 18+ living with hearing voices and their family, friends, or unpaid carers.
This lived experience-led group provides a safe space to share experiences, exchange tips, and receive support from a Brecon & District Mind Wellbeing Practitioner.
Location: Brecon & District Mind’s Community Wellbeing Centre, St Davids House, Free Street, Brecon, LD3 7BN
Times: Fortnightly on Thursday mornings, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (The centre is also open 1:00–4:00 PM)
Suitable for: People aged 18+ hearing voices, along with family, friends, or unpaid carers
Cost: Free – Thanks to the National Lottery Community Fund
