Five Ways to Wellbeing
The Five Ways to Wellbeing are a set of evidence-based actions which promote people's wellbeing. They are: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give. These activities are simple things individuals can do in their everyday lives.
The actions were developed by the New Economics Foundation in 2008.
The PAVO Mental Health team looked at the actions in relation to their own day-to-day lives, here.
Powys Association of Voluntary Organisations looked at the Five Ways in relation to the workplace in April 2016.
Five members of the Engage to Change sub-group, of the Powys Mental Health Planning & Development Partnership, wrote about their experiences of the Five Ways to Wellbeing in November 2017.
