An unpaid carer is anyone who cares for someone who is ill, disabled, older, has mental health concerns or is experiencing addiction and is not paid by a company or localauthority to do this. Usually, this is a family member or friend.

This course is for any carer.
All ages/backgrounds welcomed.
Learn and practice tools that will help you in your caring journey.
Explore the impact caring has on you.
Meet other carers and find out about the support available.
Develop self-awareness, self-compassion and self-care.

10.00am – 2.30pm
(45 mins lunch break with lunch provided)
