Introduction to Compassionate Leadership Behaviours Virtual Training
Open to all staff in Health, Social Care and the Third Sector.
It is an online interactive course delivered with sound knowledge and engaging visuals that encourage participants to think about the Compassionate Leadership Behaviours that can be expressed by small acts.
The Health and Care Academy’s School of Leadership will continue to be running An Introduction to Compassionate Leadership Behaviours Virtual Workshops (1.5 hour duration). You will find out how the approach can be integrated into your client, patient and people management practices, and a variety of situations. These will be available to colleague across Health, Social Care and Third Sector Organizations’.
The session will give you exposure to what you as a Health and Social Care Professional should be seeing from leaders around you and your responsibilities being part of the collective leadership within your team and wider organisations’ as a Compassionate Leader.
