8 week course
This course will support with tools, techniques and experience of using mindfulness to build resilience, emotional regulation and confidence. The course is facilitated over 8 weeks, with 2 hour sessions in small groups online. Suitable for anyone who is facing change which maybe creating feelings of anxiousness or distress; would like to build self-confidence; learn about self-compassion and kindness; or would like to become more self-aware. Meeting life with an attitude of empowerment.
This course is aimed solely at Unpaid Carers including those who may be working full or part time or those who are not working and have full time care responsibilities.
A carer is anyone, including children and adults who looks after a family member, partner or friend who needs help because of their illness, frailty, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction and cannot cope without their support. The care they give is unpaid.
