Social Care Wales – Regulation Workshops for adult social care employers

This event will focus on your journey as an employer through different parts of the registration and fitness to practise process. Social Care Wales staff will share information on registration, qualifications and fitness to practice, and will be able to answer questions.
We’ll also explore with you, areas where you may experience challenges. There will be an opportunity for you to share your experiences and ideas to improve the process for all employers in the sector.
To get the most out of the day we will ask you in the sign up questions if there is anything specific you’d like to find out at the event and if you have any ideas about how our process can be improved.
These roadshows are for:
Employers of registered adult social care workers, including Responsible Individuals and registered managers.
Previous knowledge and experience of registration and supporting staff with Social Care Wales registration is essential.
