Trauma Informed Practice online training

Free 3 hour online training session from the charity New Pathways.

This training has been funded by a Welsh Government grant and is open to all frontline workers in Wales, particularly those in the teaching, social care, VAWDASV, housing, health and criminal justice.

This 3-hour course aims to increase your understanding of and ability to use Trauma Informed Practice in your work. The course explores:

• What trauma is

• How trauma impacts on people

• Ways of working that are more trauma informed

• How to use practical strategies to reduce trauma symptoms

• When to seek further help and/or treatment
