Powys Dementia Network is a unique meeting place for people living with dementia, their carers and people who support them in a professional capacity. The aim is to share understanding about what it is like to live with dementia and information about the services that are available. Please bring a willingness to listen, engage and share. 

The event is on Wednesday 15th January at the Crossgates Community Centre, Crossgates, Llandrindod Wells LD1 6RE. It starts with coffee at 9.30am with the main programme starting at 10am. The finish time will be approximately 3pm.

Mae Rhwydwaith Dementia Powys yn fan cyfarfod unigryw i bobl sy’n byw gyda dementia, eu gofalwyr a phobl sy’n eu cefnogi mewn rhinwedd broffesiynol. Y nod yw rhannu dealltwriaeth o sut beth yw byw gyda dementia a gwybodaeth am y gwasanaethau sydd ar gael. Dewch â pharodrwydd i wrando, ymgysylltu a rhannu.
