Mae tîm Iechyd a Lles PAVO yn ymgysylltu â channoedd o wasanaethau gwirfoddol bob blwyddyn, ymwneud yn wythnosol â phartneriaid lleol ym Mwrdd Iechyd Addysgu Powys a Chyngor Sir Powys a helpu i ddylanwadu’n genedlaethol, Llywodraeth Cymru a phartneriaid eraill.
Bydd angen i chi feithrin sylfaen o wybodaeth arbenigol mewn Iechyd, Iechyd Meddwl, Gofal Cymdeithasol a Lles a bod yn wych wrth hwyluso ymgynghoriadau cenedlaethol a lleol ar wasanaethau cyhoeddus. Byddwch yn rheoli’r Gwasanaeth Gwybodaeth Tîm Iechyd a Lles yn ogystal â phrosiect(au) arbennig a chysylltu gwybodaeth gyda chyfleoedd ymgysylltu.
Bydd gennych wybodaeth dda am Bowys, profiad o weithio naill ai mewn gwasanaethau iechyd a lles gwirfoddol, preifat neu statudol.
Mae’r gallu i gyfathrebu yn Gymraeg yn fantais.

Powys Association of Voluntary Organisations has the following vacancy
Health and Wellbeing Engagement Officer
Based in Llandrindod Wells or Newtown
35 hours per week Salary £26,470 per annum (This post is initially funded to 31st March 2019 with potential for extension subject to funding)
Are you passionate about connecting services with each other?
Do you have an interest in supporting people from public and private sectors to network, share and build on each other’s skills and experiences in Powys?
PAVO’s Health and Wellbeing team engage with hundreds of voluntary services each year, interact weekly with local partners in Powys Teaching Health Board and Powys County Council and help influence nationally, Welsh Government and other partners. You will need to build up a base of specialist knowledge in Health, Mental Health, Social Care and Wellbeing and be adept at facilitating national and local consultations on public services.
You will line manage the Health and Wellbeing Team’s Information Service in addition to special project(s) and link information with engagement opportunities.
You will have a good knowledge of Powys, experience of working either in voluntary, private or statutory health and wellbeing services.
Ability to communicate in Welsh is an advantage.
