Brecon and District Mind operates a Community Well-Being Centre and a Community Projects Centre for people experiencing mental and emotional distress.
Our Purpose is to help people at the time that they need it to enable them to manage their mental health and well-being.
Community Wellbeing Worker
We are looking for an additional member for the Community Well-Being Team who will be enthusiastic, well-motivated and experienced, to join us in the development and running of the service. Experience of supporting people with Mental Health issues is required as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hours – 16
Salary – £19,509 pro rata (actual £8,436) Location – South Powys area, based in Brecon Closing date for applications – Friday 17th May 5pm
Specialist Mental Health Family Wellbeing Worker
We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-motivated and experienced individual to support the Community Wellbeing Team by providing specialist mental health. Family Support supporting women in the peri-natal period and beyond as well as the wider family.
Experience in supporting people with Mental Health issues is required.
Hours – 15
Salary – £21,221 pro rata (actual £8,603) Location – South Powys, based in Brecon Closing date for applications – Friday 17th May 5pm
