Wild Skills Wild Spaces is an innovative new ecotherapy project delivered by Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust in partnership with Powys Teaching Health Board and the NHS. Ecotherapy is the term given to a range of activities and treatments that reconnect people with nature and the environment in order to improve health and wellbeing.

There are FREE weekly ecotherapy sessions for 11 – 18 year olds, and also adults.

What’s on offer:

  • Practical conservation.
  • Mindful environments.
  • Growing projects.
  • Bushcraft.
  • Wildlife walks.

If you feel you, or somebody you know, could benefit from any of these opportunities, speak with your healthcare professional who can fill in a relevant referral form on your behalf. One Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust has received this, one of the team will be in touch.
